Nyarlathotep once again walks the Earth

So there I am, walking down to the Esso gas/petrol station to buy cigarettes and suddenly, out of no where, I get this really strong and disturbing feeling that something has gone greatly amiss on Earth. It was so strong that I almost went home and look on BBC, but I didn't, I bought my cigs.

The further away from my dorm the less and less the feeling affects me, but as I draw closer it gets unbarebly strong. Finally I get up to my floor and as I start walking to my door I can barely walk at all. My steps are so faltering that I have to lean against the hallway wall until I get to my door. As I'm about to unlock the door and step in one of my flatmates comes out from the kitchen and tells me some guy was looking for me, that he was blonde and tall.

I don't know anyone like this. I'm firmly convinced that it was either Nyarlathotep or Death coming to pay me a visit. It's been 40 minutes since this went down and I'm still greatly uneasy. Somethings going to happen very soon, either to me or the world.

Yes, this was completely random, but true.

It was neither. It's something even more horrifying. The tax man.

Wrong, Nyarlathotep was described as looking like Lovecraft, not a tall blond man.

that moderator pin doesn't make you an expert yogi. 'looking like lovecraft' probably isn't the best description of nyarlathotep

shadow out of time, on the other hand, sounds like The Man

Ah, but it is written that Nyarlathotep takes many forms, this is but one of them.

Man if I was Nyarlathotep I'd take a really unexpected form, like a can of pea's or a pile of junkmail on your front step

I'd take the form of an Urn of ashes or a Butterfly.
