i had no idea squirrels were so widely reviled. pretty soon we might have guys riding around town in the backs of pickup trucks, culling squirrels with .22 rifles like they handle nutria in the south. i foresee a squirrelocaust. let us pray that we don't provoke the totality of their wrath

I planning on culling a few before this month is out. If you don't hear from me in September, you'll know they got me.

Speaking of which, Aleister hasn't been around. . . .

Season starts Saturday in Kentucky. If my luck is good, I'll have them in stew this weekend and get back to you. :-D

i believe the proper culinary term is skril, with variations like tire-grilt skril, dog-tenderized skril, and skrillo con BBs for a rustic southwestern flair

Am I the only person in the world who likes squirrels? They so cute, and good exercise for my dog.

Squirrels are so cute though! I love watching them hop from tree to tree and chew on acorns. Yalls are just racists against squirrels.

I like squirrels. I fed them from my hand when I was a kid. I like cows too. But if there was a cowian conspiracy, I'd want to know about it. Also, my affection for cows doesn't prevent me from eating them. It's not a hate thing, it's a survival/food thing.
