Nest of four antique Tiffany silver slodered trays,20",18",16",14" with heavy gadroon border, monogram and crest of rampant lion on front edges. The trays are oval in shape and have cutlery marks on them, need replating and buffing out marks. There are a series of numbers on each tray 20" Below Tiffany are: 175 65, below 20 inch:Letter :E; 18 inch, above Tiffany are numbers 5567, then below makers and silver soldered numbers 65, this goes on for the other two remaining trays, do you need them? They are a oval Queen Ann shape with the heavy gadroon border but very badly scared with cutlery scratches on the bottom front side, as if used for carving meat and fowl. "Silver soldered" is a form of heavy silver plate, most frequently used for pieces that will see substantial use. Replating is probably not worth the expense, as it will not increase the value of the trays they usually look obviously replated.
