It's from one of my all-time favourite movies "Donnie Darko". The "28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes and 12 seconds" signifies the time the world and the whole Primary Universe collapses on itself destroying all existance. The number also means self-sacrifice and courage to do the right thing, as Donnie does. It's also linked to mental illnesses and the "Philosophy Of Time Travel".

Here's me thinking it was a time of birth or something.
I don't have any tattoos at the minute, but I've been contemplating getting the Blendtron symbol from the Transformers on one upper arm (the right, left's got too many vaccination scars).

That's great, post a pic when done :)

I was thinking of doing a Mythos themed some time soon but I don't have any good ideas.

By 'considering', I mean quite it may quite possibly be in stranger aeons from now. But if I do, I'll post it.

Now I have a Jack Skellington tattoo on my left shoulder. I got to thinking that I would love to do a larger monster tattoo among others, something from the Mythos? Any ideas?

I saw a guy who had the silhouette of OB on the moon on his shoulder and it didn't look good.

it's frank! that's pretty cool, and it will probably be less perplexing to onlookers than 28:06:42:12.

i have one on my forearm that combines the circular symbols for anarchy and peace. most people ask if it has something to do with star trek. :|
