It's being developed by the HP Lovecraft Historical Society, who made the Call of Cthulhu silent film (2005). Due for 2009 release. Discuss?

I really liked the call of cthulhu movie they did. Looking at that teaser makes me hope and think that they can make an equally awesome movie. Definitely looking forward to it.

My only quip is the MI-go voice- not terrifying enough! But anyways this film has me very anxious for its release, I just hope it isn't postponed or anything.

I've been keeping my eye on the developing project for some time. I like the period feel of the trailer. Personally, I can't wait until it comes out!

Anyone notice any important differences so far between the story and the film?

(I need to reread "Whisperer", I know...)
