From Beyond..... A reality?
This guy named David Icke says that there are frequency that the human body cannot sense. There are entities that speak through vibration and the only way they can communicate is through rituals were the envoker uses the correct vibrations and levels of frequency.
This whole premise is oddly familiar to the short story "From Beyond" written by our most favorite author. Does this have any truth to it? I find it very strange that a story which was written almost a century ago talks about the same hidden entities floating around in an parallel dimension.
What do you guys think?

It is possible id say, you figure that animales hear frequencies we cannot. When you think of how limited our senses really are a lot of things are possible. Useing a tuning fork or other meathod, it is possible that other dimensions and beings could be exsisting next to us. If you want a good percpective on sound and how it could be used in such a way, take a look at the Phantasm sieres, in witch "The tall man" uses a tuning fork like devie to pass to his dimension.
there's no reason to believe that our perceptions cover the entirety of existence. we can't feel all the radio signals that are constantly flying around and through us, but we know they're there. who's to say that there isn't some unseen form of life or intelligence occupying the same spaces we do? in fact, that might explain some things.
A monkey riding a dog is probably the awesomest thing that could ever happen.

Thats very true, there could be civilasations that exsist all around us. We still havent gotten down to the deepest depths of the ocean. Look how many years it too to prove the giant squid was real. Much to learn we still have.Eternities End wrote:what about the oceans man, there could be another race of intelligent beings down there, like that movie the abyss
i read a book that said we have better maps of mars than we have of earth's oceans.

I love David Ike. I really do. He's the best of british. A lot of his paradigm seems to be in synchrony with Lovecraft's fictional paradigm, even down to the African shaman he's mates with who claims that the tribe have been interacting with the shape shifting lizards since history began. Having said that I don't 100% subscribe to his perspective. I think that he's talking about processes and zones of experience which tend to manifest according to the belief system or conditioning of the individual. Thus you have David Ike, Grant Morrison, John Keel, Whitley Streiber and ultimately Robert Anton Wilson who has the broadest, most balanced and workable take on it.

I like the ideas presented in Conan (the writer was buddies with Lovecraft!) and Lovecraft's own The Doom that Came to Sarnath, in which the idea that there was once a moderately advanced series of civilizations before those in the fertile crescent, and that they were destroyed by mysterious circumstances ushering in the Neolithic period.

it's certainly concievable, perhaps even inevitableEternities End wrote:I like the ideas presented in Conan (the writer was buddies with Lovecraft!) and Lovecraft's own The Doom that Came to Sarnath, in which the idea that there was once a moderately advanced series of civilizations before those in the fertile crescent, and that they were destroyed by mysterious circumstances ushering in the Neolithic period.

There are a few things I have seen recently that have been very interesting.
One would be seeing some anomalies in the documentaries "UFO: The greatest Story ever Denied" where you see flashing entities phasing in and out of camera on a space shuttle.
Another one is the history of the Sumarians and their story of the Anunaki.
The final one is the discoveries of different animal life in the deep oceans. They keep finding all these new forms of life everytime they go down there.
I think we need to protect the ecosystem even more now that we are finding new species. This should be a red flag to anyone group of people who wish to put preservation into practice.

I think it was a creationist myth within their culture where they describe these entities coming down from heaven and giving them all kinds of technology.
Just type in to google video Anunaki and click on one that is more historical then conspiratorial.
