At The Mountains Of Madness / Lovecraft film adaptations?

Post by Erich Zann »

This film would be a great film adaptation. Something along the scale they employed in the recent King Kong film. I would love to see this story paid the same respect and effort as an adaptation to film.

From Beyond will be released R1 with restored footage by 7/06

Masters Of Horror; The Dreams In The Witch House. A decent film, that could have been more true to the story, but delivered in the end.

What Lovecraft stories would you want to see adapted to film?

I would like to see The Dreams In The Witch House in a movie!

I think it would be cool in my eyes but I wouldn't know who can direct it.

Because some people directors my not get the story right.

It's on store shelves at this very moment. The ending is pretty cool too.

Quite recently. It's released in a collection entitled, Masters Of Horror. You'll find it quite easily in any horror section.

IMO opinion it's better than Dagon, which w/ The Unnamable, are two of the weakest adaptations so far.

Mind you it's no From Beyond or Re-Animator but it's worth owning.

John Carpenter needs to get his ass in gear again and make something spectacular.

I actually caught that masters of horror episode on TV. I did not know what it was at first, but once I saw a rat with a human face, I knew without a doubt ;)

Usually, when I see a rat with a human face, I think Steve Buscemi. Unless the rat can't act, then I know it's not Steve Buscemi.

steve buscemi is badass. anyone who begins to approach the first inkling of an impulse to besmirch 'the boosh' will summarily be taken down, all the way down, past chinatown, past funkytown, whooooooaaaaaaaaaaa down baby down
A monkey riding a dog is probably the awesomest thing that could ever happen.
