Comment System on Writer's and Artist's Pages

The comment system has been fully implemented on the author's and artist's pages. Near the bottom of each page, you will find a place to leave your message.

Be sure to let the writers and artists know what you think! They appreciate feedback!

The only thing I really need to do on it, is setup the link so you all can edit the posts if needed.
