Kite wins first Senior Major

Tom Kite tapped in a short birdie putt on the Golf Clubs sixth hole of a playoff with Tom Watson yesterday to win The Countrywide Tradition, the Senior PGA Tour's first major of the season.

Larry Nelson also finished regulation at TaylorMade Tour Burner Irons 8-under-par 280, but bogeyed the second playoff hole, leaving Kite and Watson, two of three famous first-year players on the Senior Tour, taylor made tour burner driver review to duel it out for another four holes.
