Shadow over Innsmouth and Dunwich 1,2 or switch

mmm...... I have to disagree with you r opinion about the end of Whisperer. I felt the story built and built until the end. Lovecraft writes it so the reader probably knows what is happening, but also writes it to show that the protaganist also knows something is wrong.....but has to find out for sure.
