You can choose the target and are guaranteed that it will launch. What you are not allowed to know is where it launches from or what will happen after at your target or the world in general.
So...
1) Do you take up the offer?
2) And if you do, what's your choice of target?
I suppose it would be fair for me to answer first, I'd nuke Antarctica. Damn Elder Things! THIS ISNT YOUR WORLD ANYMORE! IT'S OURS! BE GONE VIAL PESTS!

You could send an effigee (sp) of yourself to the moon... or ride it to the moon and jump off high enough to witness it.

Yea, like you, or any of use, can sign all the wellfare checks they can; even just the legit ones. Or you can provide the support the gov't gave to New Orleans over the course of a single month, even if it was delayed and half assed. Can you provide relative security to a nation spanning over 3000 miles, or give aid packages to various nations across the world?
None of us can, and even though they pull a lot of dirty shit they also do a lot of good.
