In my case with ATMOM ...this book produced several dreams to me, some of them are now stories but they are in Spanish.

I`ve had several dreams about the mythos after reading ATMOM,too, but also when I read The Shadow over Innsmouth...I think almost all books of lovecraft can make you dream strange and scary things...

by jove, i don't think i've ever had a zombie dream. or at least not a memorable one. i was scared by zombie movies as a kid, but my nightmares never interpret stuff the same as i see it. i would see a zombie movie and then have a nightmare about tornados or something.

Two friends and I have been experiencing the same exact reoccurring dream where it is the last day of college and we all look at our class schedules and notice a class we have never heard on the paper. I consider this dream a nightmare because it is so absolutely dreadful when faced with the possibility that you haven’t noticed or attended a class on your schedule for the whole semester. Anyone else have this dream? I think it’s a common one because the pressure involved in going to college.

I was scared shitless of Resident Evil as a kid...thats prolly where the zombiphobia came from, I just think they're funny now.

haha ive always loved zombies. knowing that you have NO chance to survive overwhelming odds and still fighting and just trying to live for the next day, everyone youve ever loved dead and trying to kill you, etc. is a very beautiful thing

Zombies? Don't scare me a bit. Oh, sure, they might make a few problems-but think of the opportunities a zombie uprising would create! Loot the world!
As for Lovecraftian dreams, I have had one, and one only. It felt like an urgent message...but the more I thought about it the more it slipped away.

You fool! With zombies, looting is pointless, the global economy will suck!

Exactly the point! Between the inherent nature of zombism and the breakdown of organized government, a zombie outbreak would finally destroy the two sureties of life, Death and Taxes.

On the original topic, I did just have a slightly Lovecraftian dream last night. I dreamt that a bunch of wizards had gotten together and attempted to harness the Old Magic, but instead created a honey cake which blasts the soul and mind of any who touch it.
Not exactly Pickman's Model, but, as dreams go, kinda fun.
