That game is the greatest thing God has ever put on this planet.
Looks like you're playing it with some sort of over-all game mod on it, what're you using? I usually run Z-DOOM, which allows aiming and jumping.

Im using Z-Doom in there, with the Aliens-TC WAD installed.
