Laced with ketchup, smokey mayo and with a vinegary twang delivered by pink pickled onion, the Ari Gold Cheeseburger (160g) from Patty Bun is different to most other London cheeseburgers. Goes particularly well eaten with some of the marvellous Winger Winger Chicken Dinner smoked confit chicken wings.
