Necronomicon: Digital Pinball

Post by jp »

Didn't see a thread concerning this... so...

http://nfggames.com/games/necronomicon/

Necronomicon: Digital Pinball is a Japanese pinball game for the Sega Saturn developed by KaZe. I bought this game along time ago being a huge Sega Saturn collector, and ever since I've felt (and many others feel the same way) that its probably the best pinball videogame ever made.

The game contains three boards:
Arkham
The Cult of the Bloody Tongue
Dreamlands

While playing, each board has its own heavy music in the background as well as a narrator supposedly reading from the Necronomicon or just saying for Lovecraftish things. Definitely the best atmosphere for a pinball game ever concieved!!! :-D

The game itself is fairly easy to come by on Ebay, and it rarely goes for more than $30. If any of you are interested in getting a Saturn to play the game just lemme' know. As I said, I'm a huge Saturn collector owning over 500 titles, various soundtracks, 30+ consoles, and God only knows what else, so I'm always eager to help someone else get into the Sega Saturn. :P
