I missed them off deliberately. Don't want to give EVERYTHING away... it makes the quests less fun.

It'd be nice to see some maps floating about for the little deep ones, mi-gos and yithians too...though that's kind of empty coming from me, as I'm not really inclined to make the maps myself.
