The Temple of Dagon

I saw this documentary last night which told about String Theory and the Theory Of Everything, parallel universes and so on. When scientsist sayd that between spheres of strange music that the strings eminate there are weird shapes, octagons and cubes and countless more. I was pretty much blown away or interested, at least. Could science, like the great ol' Howey oredicted, get dangerously close to the witcheries of the Mythos stories? The scientists described pretty much the stuff the mathematician saw in his fevered dreams in the witch-house story.

Very nice. I've always known that maths was evil (have you seen some of the fractals people come up with?), but that's a nice reminder. I like that quote in italics, too.

Yeah. Different and weird dimensions were supposed to be just a step away. I bet Nyarlathotep is blowing off the dust from his book covers and sharpening the quills.
