It is Google.com's email service. It gives you 2 gigs of storage, and is much better than yahoo, hotmail, or any of the other free emails services.

It is 100% free, but it is still invite only. If you have an account, you get invites occasionally, which you can give to others.

I actually use my Gmail account to do nightly automatic database backups for my web server. It emails them to my account so I can hold a ton of backups

Someday I may give out templeofdagon.com accounts.. who knows.

Nah, I really do not know how much I would charge. It would have to be a decent amount because I rarely give other people even simple email access to my server without a good reason Unless it was part of a contest type thing maybe, or some sort of "ToD Alumni" thing

So if you use 1 million terabytes of bandwidth (as a hypothetical example), you don't think your host will be sending you a worried email?
