Imm Announcemnts

Just letting folks know that the staff bug has finally been fixed. We've also modified the notifies, or at least one of the notifies, in a highly subtle way. Hallucination's been tweaked slightly to avoid severely lagging the mud when overdosed. Foxbird and I have started making more and more tweaks to the code, so we're going to pick up using the changes command again for quick reference on what's been done.

Some projects we're discussing right now are:
- Re-opening player homes and cleaning up that system.

- Cleaning up the mission system to prevent 'lost' missions.

- Rewriting the channels system to clean up code and provide more consistent player command usage.

- Cleaning up the help code and assigning an imm to rebuilding the helps. This would probably involve logging help usage and keep a tally of what keywords are most often used to help prioritize the process.

Well, here we are nearly 2 years later, and I figure I can post another announcement. There's been far too many changes to list here, so for the majority of them just you'll have to login to the mud.

One thing of note, howerever, is that there's been a change in how experience works. There is now a percentage multiplier based on the number of players on the MUD. So, for instance, if there are 10 players on the MUD you would gain experience at 118% of normal.
