Glad you made it out ok :)

I have never been through an earthquake.. only a couple of tornadoes, and they were never just life-threateningly close.

Earthquakes are awesome. Of course, my tune would probably change if I lost my house to one. Still, it's a pretty strange-but-cool experience.

We had one rock the area last year. Just a loud rumbling at first, then a slight vibration . . . I thought there were a bunch of people pounding on the outside wall. Then I noticed the water sloshing out of my fish tank and felt some real shaking. It's almost surreal.

Quakes are rare here but we had one that's epicenter was in Russia. Some didn't feel it but I was reading in my bed and felt something was wrong, I almost fell out of the bed because everything felt so surreal. It was great fun though :D

'Earthquakes' could also be a good title for your avatar ;)
