best mts to dvd converter software

Question:I got a new HD video camera and need to mts to dvd burner software to convert mts to dvd, so I can put them on a DVD. Also would like to be able to cut audio out (voices) if possible. I would also prefer it to be a free program, but will pay for a good one. So, anyone can suggest how to convert mts to dvd disc?
