The resistance is coming

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself and let you know about my approach to the Mythos.
I'm Adam. I've been a fan of Lovecraft for about 3 years now and have just started to read Mythos fiction by other writers such as Robert Bloch and August Derleth, although I am really struggling to get hold of some of the books I would like.
I used to write a lot of 40K fiction although these days I am starting to delve into Warhammer, the Horus Heresy and my own creation 20K, a prequel to the whole Heresy/40K scenario.
Probably my most popular works are The Last Day, a Horus Heresy story about the seige of Terra (http://imperial-literature.net/?p=70), and the Marneus Calgar's Barmy Army parodies.
I wrote a Warhammer story called Anointed In Blood as an experiment to see how well Warhammer would work when written in Lovecraftian style. I'm generally pleased with the results: http://imperial-literature.net/?p=1114
I feel that I'm getting close to actually having something published by the Black Library (Games Workshop's publishing house) as they're appealing for novel and short story submissions - deadline is the end of July for those who are interested.
So I'm also working on some original fiction and was planning to write a series of short stories featuring the Lovecraft Mythos. I'm not sure about copyright etc so that's something I will need to research.
The overall theme of this book would be slightly different to the usual "lonely old professor interprets creepy manuscript" (although that will certainly feature) as I wanted characters to become more directly involved with some of the actual creatures of the Mythos such as Deep Ones, Dark Young and Lloigor. There would be a sort of military, Delta Green feel to some of the stories, as I am interested in exploring how the UK and US governments would respond to the gathering Mythos threat.
I'll submit one or two Mythos short stories over the coming months.
Well anyway thanks for reading all this and I hope you enjoy my work.
