Mega XL baddies Cthulhu & friends?

Mega XL is another cartoon with giant robots in it, but in this one Grool and his companions seem to look awfully look like Cthulhu. The chief baddie is rather large and has tentacles coming out of his lower mouth. As do some of his minions. If interested, it is shown on Toonami.
