greetings, it's good to discover an active forum after I found alt.horror.cthulhu overrun with spam. but I see you have a similar problem here... anyway my question

I've always assumed it was 'i-bon' but I've also heard 'ay-bon' (in the classic Fulci film '7 Doors of Death')

'ei' can be tricky (it differs in 'height' and 'deceit' for example)
so does anyone know for sure?

Hmm well i'd pronounce it Ebon as in Ebony ,but i'm not really that well versed in these kinds of things...
