Hi,
You need to follow the following tips for maintaining your muscle like
1. Have food which is rich in protein content. Cut down on fats and refined carbohydrates, if you are looking to lose weight at the same time. Research has shown that when you train hard you need about one gram of protein for every pound of your bodyweight. If you have enough lean protein every day, then there's really no need to go for protein supplements.
2. In case you are engaged solely in bodybuilding, you must have carbohydrates too. Carbs help you maintain your body's reserve of glucose. Lack of glucose may result in muscle loss and so you should try to consume at least 2 grams of carbs for every pound of body weight, everyday.
3. Get plenty of sleep and rest, in between your workouts. This can help your muscles recover from the exertions and new growth to happen. Without rest you can not only get fatigued easily, but also be more prone to muscular injuries.
