Image Problems

One person has mentioned to me that they sometimes have problems with images being displayed both on the main page and on the forum.
I am pretty sure this has to do with my hot-link prevention code, but I have tested it deeply, with various firewalls in place to see if they are what is causing the problem, but everything always seems to work.
Has anyone else had any problems like this? Or just the one person?
