new Cthulhu Mythos community!

Why Ning?
Because I'm not 20 years old and don't see marketing or "monetizing" as my primary goals, I've been hesitant to use every piece of internet faddism before seeing its merit and eventually breaking down and just going for it. First the website itself, then a forum, myspace, blog, sign-up newsletter... and now one of these new social networking platforms. That's where Ning comes in.

OK, I've done it. I've caved. Someone was going to make a Ning community based on Lovecraft's Mythos (and probably more after my original effort). So why the R'lyeh not? Truth is, the Cult of Cthulhu could probably use a place like that. It's fun and kind of addictive; also slightly empowering. Chalk up another victim, Ning. You win, newfangled technology!
