The attachment mod is back up!

I decided to go ahead and re-enable the attachment mod. I will be doing testing on it tonight but it should of been installed fine.
Now when there is a topic with an attachment, you will see a little blue disk image next to it
It will display the image in it's regular size, unless it is too big. In that case, it will show a thumbnail you can click on for the full size view.
Of course, this is not just an image attachment mod. It can handle attachments of most any types!
