Corn. Corn. Corn. That's all anybody talks about anymore. Well, I'll tell you this you maize-worshipping row walkers, the Day of the Rutabaga is close at hand. Mark my words.

That would probably just inspire him to start a new band called Burning Shithouse. Maybe Flaming Two-holer is the censors object.
I've always wondered about the exact nature of a shithouse. As per a local saying, I figured they were made of bricks. But now they can burn?

Depends on what their users have been eating.

A shithouse or privvy is often a simple square edifice, made of wood, and quite plain.
When they become too malodorous, they are often deliberately fired, and the privvy pit filled in with fresh earth. (Hopefully after a new edifice has been constructed.)
A brick shithouse is an expression that refers to something that is very well constructed, see the book, "Privies of the Cotswalds" for some very fine brick conveniences indeed.
The book is real.

Does it explain the popularity of half moon cutouts in the doors?

yeah, i always wondered what the moon-hole was for. maybe it's to hold your corn while you take care of business

The crescent moon cutout is a traditional symbol or talisman to draw good luck.
Perhaps it protects against cornholing.
Which is no joke, ask anybody who ever did hard time about it.
Far worse is the threat of a dry cob slathered with Tiger Balm and spun vigorously.
Ouchie!

That makes sense, though I'd prefer a ventilation fan and a space heater.
