hear the widows and orphans cry, see the cripples trying to adjust.
Now that's funny.

that reminds me of the vonnegut book i was reading last year. it had a chapter about how his sense of humor has diminished with age:
kurt vonnegut wrote:Humor is a way of holding off how awful life can be, to protect yourself. Finally, you get just too tired, and the news is too awful, and humor doesn't work anymore...
It may be that I am no longer able to joke—that it is no longer a satisfactory defense mechanism... It may be that I have become rather grumpy because I've seen so many things that have offended me that I cannot deal with in terms of laughter.
if i am to go over the hill, i hope to take a different path

People scoff at the Reanimator films-the sequels were pretty purile-but the movie was faithful to the story, and caught the spirit of it very well.
West's ruthless scientific ambition, his unscrupulous nature, his lack of human feelings, all come through, even with the sly humor.
And the bit with the head in the gym bag expands the possibilities of the original story quite nicely.

Never seen them, but they're never on over here. If I catch it sitting around in the shops, I'll buy it, though.

The first one is very funny, in a macabre sort of way.
"Dr. Henderson is dead?"
"Not any more."
Not a simple zombie film.

And by the bye, 'Cradle of Filth' is perhaps the most disgusting image I ever encountered-as vile as Clive Barkers Lix(Barker has some very nasty ideas).
Though I'm not at all in favor or censorship, and I do believe that ideas should be freely expressed, the sicko who thought up that name should be nailed to a burning shithouse.
Just an opinion.

Yes, certainly exist many HPL's links in COF's music. I don't like at all. I preffer Emperor and Borknagar.

That would probably just inspire him to start a new band called Burning Shithouse. Maybe Flaming Two-holer is the censors object.
