Huh. Most cities have more than one. :cthulhu1:

Is that the same one they're always talking about at Aint It Cool News? If it is, perhaps you can enlist their help. I'm willing to bet Harry Knowles is a Lovecraft fan.

Yes!!!!

We do have more than one theater here

but they show all the same new release movies in all of them.

But at this theater they show the new release movies and old sci- fi
movies and other kind of werid movies.

So I was hoping they could show movies of Lovecraft!!

You could always try putting together your own Lovecraft Film Festival. There's no reason why Portland, Oregon, should have a monopoly on that kind of activity.

Yeah! And it has FOUR grammar schools! And, shock horror, A THEATRE! A real live drama theatre!

Still a shit-hole of a city, though.

If you put the word out, you might find some able partners. And you don't have to show the movies at a traditional theater. Sometimes you can rent out an auditorium at a local college or municipal arts center to show movies. It's all in the planning and promotion.

And in the end, it's about the films.
