By the way, have you tried Welsh whiskey? I'm told that it's very good. Kentucky bourbon is largely (or wholly) the outgrowth of Welsh immigrant distillers, but I don't know if there's any similarity between products of the two regions today.

I've tried Jack Daniel's and some other bourbon the name of which eludes me, and I wasn't impressed. Tasted sort of rubbery.
