howdy

Post by JJ Burke »

hey now, cultists! i've been reading the stories in the featured writers section. they're great, especially mr. norton's collection, which i am almost through.

i'm sort of a half-ass writer myself, in that i have never finished anything i started writing. but once in a while i am able to draw a little motivation from a group effort like this. more about that in the writer's corner section...

anyway i just wanted to say 'howdy' and 'hey now.' this is probably the most promising site of this kind that i have found. i salute your efforts, and look forward to new stories and site developments. if you can use any extra help, let me know. i haven't been participating in any forums or sites for a while now.

it looks like i arrived during a dry spell. it's the holiday season, so i can't read too much into the scarcity of posts... but i hope there will be more discussions, especially regarding works in progress. i hope there will be more writers logging in soon..

It's not usually this bad, but it's never been hugely vibrant. There's only one way to improve, though. Keep posting!
