I watched From Beyond for the first time last night and wasn't very impressed. I realise it's from '86, so the effects were never going to be great, but the acting and story weren't very good either. I've never read the original story so I can't compare to that, but just in general it was pretty average. I've seen Combs in much better roles.

Cooler then a highlighter!?!?
I love my Re-animator highlighter!
I use it all the time.....Using it right now to hit the keys on my keyboard so that I can post using it!
It OWNS!! Mine even says 'Anchor Bay' on it! (Not sure what that means....but hey! )

What is that version of 2003???Danial wrote:The 4th is meant to be out this year. It's called House of Re-Animator and has something to do with politics and The White House
To be honest, I've only ever seen the 1st one and I didn't like it much. I know it's generally ranked as one of the best Lovecraft adaptations, but the whole humour thing didn't work for me. Each to their own I guess.
For those interested, the other 3 are:
*Re-Animator (1985)
*Bride of Re-Animator (1990)
*Beyond Re-Animator (2003)
