Cthulhu: the action figure.

Post by Guest »

Greetings...I'm new here.

I was perusing the forums and noticed that no one seems to have posted on the announcement of SOTA Toys' Lovecraft line, which will start with a massive Cthulhu figure. The figures are due to come out next year.

Anyway, I wrote the above post.

Damn that looks neat!

I'm glad MacFarlane isn't involved... It would be sad to see a Cthulhu at KMart.

My website has just done an interview with the president of SOTA toys, who will be making these figures. If you're interested, you can check it out here:

Personally, I feel that McFarlane would mainstream something that belongs to a certain percentage of the population who truly can enjoy the environment for which the mythos exists at all. If you slap it on shevles across a continent, pretty soon FOX will have their god damn hands on it, and bam, saturday morning with the old ones, right next to spongebob square nads and that purple horse that sings in 45 languages....
