Cthulhu Newbie - Greetings, and Help!

Post by I<3Cthulhu »

Hi everyone! I recently got into the Cthulhu Mythos, and I find it amazing that one short story was able to spark the imaginations of readers and authors for 80 years! I recently read Call of Cthulhu by Lovecraft, and I am officially in love! I was wondering if anyone would be able to reccomend some good Cthulhu stories (written my Lovecraft or otherwise) that would be a good introduction to the Mythos. I am currently reading At the Mountains of Madness. Thank you all for your time, and I look forward to getting to know you better!

Also, feel free to check out the blog I am creating - it has to do with all things Cthulhu!

i know there are lists of favorites posted in different places around here... try a search, you will probably find 3-4 at least. we even did a sort of elimination voting process at one point.
A monkey riding a dog is probably the awesomest thing that could ever happen.
