I have been thinking lately about what we can do to both attract new members, and to keep the members we do get active. I know there are a lot of people out there interested in Lovecraft and the Mythos, so numbers should not really be an issue. I also know a lot of people have multiple forums they use already..
So what can we do to get the forums to stand out? I am open to ideas if anyone has any!
i have now put a link to this site on The Ziggurats Website. ( its on the links page ....imagine that)
and!
i have emailed a few fellow cthulhu cultists, telling them of the site.
and!!!!!
on two other web forums, (the king diamond forum and the audiostreet forum) i have told all people interested in lovecraft or the mythos to come on over and sign up!!!!
i'll do more in the future!
stay cool everyone!!
ia ia cthulhu!!! ia ia shub niggurath!!!! ia ia ia ia ia ia ia ia ia ia ia ia!!!!
If you really want to get lots of people visiting the site, call up CNN and AP and tell them that were are going to broadcast a live webcam sacrifice to Cthulhu on this site.
Heh...well I am trying to sell lots of copies of my latest book. (You know the one with this site's url on it.) Its slow going, but we are working on it. It makes a perfect gift :D
I noticed it is slow going as well on my end with the anthology. It takes a bit and getting out on tour with the thing. I am planning to do a midwest assault with EvilNow.com because I am also a true crime writer. :laughing at Eric Norton's remark: Yeah that too.
