the Alan Parsons Project "Tales of Mystery and Imaginat

Post by Enkil »

Has anyone heard this CD? It's mind blowing. Pure genius. They took Poe stories and turned them into AMAZING pink flyodesque songs (Alan Parsons produced Pink Flyod).

Someone needs to do this with Lovecraft stories. I want to. I think I'm going to a write a song from Arthur Jerym.

Everyone go listen to this album, or at the very least "The Raven."

Amazing music to listen to stoned too, or so I'm told.

I haven't heard this particular one, but "I, Robot" (or was it called "Runaround"?) was good - same idea but based on Asimov stories. They're a pretty decent band.
