ONGC provides recruitment for various posts ranging from those for graduates to engineers or even medical student. With a rather comfortable pay scale, a lot of students apply for ONGC recruitment exam every year. The levels for the job vacancies were A-I, A-II, W-I. For those perusing B.Tech, they can apply for various posts of ONGC recruitment through their GATE scores which would be followed by a personal interview. The overall break-up of the marks will be as follows.
• Gate 2016 Score: 60 marks
• Interview: 25 marks
• Academic Qualification: 25 marks out of which 20 marks would be for essential qualification and 5 marks would be for candidates possessing a higher qualification.
For engineering students, the pay scale may vary from Rs 24000 – Rs 50,000 with a 3% increase every year. Additional pay as per company guideline would be applicable.
