I need an Avatar!!!

I am trying to upload some avatars I found online and its failing miserably. Do you know any sites where I can get avatars that this site allows?

hmm.. i think it prefers jpg or gif, and not too big. if you post the address for the image somebody can probably help

if ultrace.com doesn't allow hot linking, you will have to store the image somewhere else first
