Where Are All The Witnesses by zachary waite
Summary: Write a story on where all the survivors(sane ones) of cthuloid phenommena go to after the dust settles--like the Dunwich residents, the human Innsmouth residents, the Colour out of Space witnesses, etc.? My theory is a government "resettlement" agency sends them off to a luxury "retirement" village or two, or a paradisical island(if no deep ones are around) and pays them to "disappear" Like the "Witness Protection Service"
