The brief introduction of its lubricating device, this paper introduces the safety device and adjusting device of SCM ultrafine mill.

1. Insurance device
The main purpose of the safety device of pulverizer is to prevent the accident of entering the hard material in the mill and cause damage to the fuselage of the mill, such as grinding roller, grinding ring and so on. For the SCM ultrafine mill, its insurance device is mainly embodied in two parts. A part is installed in the iron removal before lifting machine behind the host, its purpose is to get rid of the material in the iron, the second part is the main internal device, which is embodied in the design, the roller shaft diameter than the diameter of about 40mm, the purpose of this design is that when a large mill into hard materials cavity, roller grinding ring will be protected and not subject to greater damage.

2. Adjustment device
The purpose of SCM ultrafine mill adjustment device is to adjust the fineness of the product. The related adjustment is the speed of the pulverizer, the size of the air intake, and so on.
The reason why the rotational speed of the pulverizing machine can mediate the fineness of the grinding powder is because the finer the powder can pass when the speed of the pulverizing machine is raised, so as to achieve superfine selection.
For the purpose of powder, when the wind speed is reduced, the velocity of the corresponding powder decreases, and the particle size of the powder can also be reduced by the analysis machine.
As shown below, the air volume control valve is positioned on the pipeline between the dust collector and the fan, and the size of the intake air volume is controlled by adjusting the angle of the internal windshield, so as to regulate the fineness of the powder collecting machine.
