I was wondering if anyone else knew of it.Basically it involves the Soviet Union acquiring weapons much worse than nuclear bombs to deter the west. Despite the fact that it transplants R'lyeh to the Baltic, I think the concept is excellent.

yeah it's swell, i read it a while back. a little heavy on science & technology, if i remember correctly.. but i still liked it

I thought it was decent, I liked the tie-in to Oliver North, I found it amusing.
