it would be nice to have a list of references for each of the entities/places/etc. to show which story/author introduced it and where else it has appeared. that could ease the process of sorting them into categories later..

A monkey riding a dog is probably the awesomest thing that could ever happen.

I'll get to it later on, but I'm afraid I'm quite useless when it comes to other writers outside of Lovecraft's work - but there's bound to be lists on the internet somewhere for that kind of thing.

Detailed, but of poor quality. Ours is sorta the opposite of that, but we're working on it.

And damn it, Al, we need pictures!

Not his log, you fool! We already have have Tony Stoney, a log and another stone and we'd be in trouble. We need the ability to put pictures in the wiki.
Which people should be working on.

There are others, including sci-fi & horror wikis that include the mythos. Ya gotta love the irony.

I fail to see any irony.

It has to do with Wikipedia's concept and the proliferation of other wikis.

So you're saying that it's ironic that other wikis exist and cover (usually in brief) what we specialise in?

Little to the left?
E.A. - could you check out some of the articles and at least let us know how to improve them?

Fact checking would be a good start. The narrator of "Dagon" is not a German POW.

No offense, but I probably won't read the wiki. I tried, but my attention span is short when it comes to these types of things.
