Lovecraft movie OST retrospective

Post by shonokin »

There is a fairly lengthy article on the history of OSTs in Lovecraftian cinema called "The Song of Cthulhu" at cinescape.com

The best part of that article is the little cluster of comments at the bottom of the page.

I like the one defending the article for saying there really is a book titled AT THE MOUTH OF MADNESS. LOL

There's something about AICN and Cinescape or maybe all news/info-based websites that when the peanut gallery is allowed a voice, man do they use it! Sometimes it's uplifting to know that the world has so many stupid people in it (since by default it makes me feel more intelligent), but really it just makes me want to cry and get some chanting going so the Big C can come eat everyone.

A buddy of mine calls them Message Board Morons. They might three cards short of a full deck, but they do provide a non-stop source of entertainment.

Nice article shonokin. I'll post a link on Unfilmable.com.

So many errors though...
