The terrible old man

Post by sabbattack »

Greetings everyone and thank you for making this excellent forum.

A few years back i stumbled upon the trailer of an independent low-budget film based upon the Terrible Old Man.

Since then i havent beent able to find anything on the net for it. Can anyone please redirect me to any site/source where i might find it? Is it worth the purchase?

It is on the Lurker Films DVD "The H. P. Lovecraft Collection Vol 2" along with the BBC tv pilot Rough Magik and some Darkest of the Hillside Thickets videos. PLUS bonus material on the making of The Terrible Old Man.

I just saw it a few nights ago. Wasn't too bad for a low-budget short. Better than Rough Magik, IMO.

The director, Bob Fugger, also made a very good version of From Beyond (also on the Lurker Films DVD)...
