New H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival contest!

The H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival (http://www.hplfilmfestival.com/), in conjunction with Newgrounds.com (http://newgrounds.com/), announces its first amateur flash contest.
Ever watched a Lovecraftian short and thought, "I could do that?" Well here is your chance to prove it. The Lovecraft film festival announces its first ever, flash animation contest. Entries should fall into one of the two following categories.
1) Festival Openers - Short, Lovecraft-themed animations that feature the Film Festival logo.
2) Original Animations - H. P. Lovecraft-themed animations of any length.
Judging will be done by festival staff and winning entries will be shown at the festival (Oct. 7-9). In addition to seeing your flash on the big screen there are the following prizes.
1st prize - A DVD from the H P Lovecraft collection + a festival T-shirt
2nd prize - Re-animator CD + festival T-shirt
3rd prize - Festival T-shirt
All three prize winners, as well as any runners up will have their film shown on the big screen at the festival AND will receive a copy of the festival program listing their film. Deadline for entries is July 1st, which will allow time for judging prior to final selection of films for the festival.
Entries should be made by submitting content to the Newgrounds.com flash portal (http://newgrounds.com/portal/submit.php). The titles of the films should begin with "HPLF", which will designate them as a contest entry.
