Are so many of these film adaptations just now being released on DVD? Or did I just never have someone to inform me of such releases in the past ? :)
Aleister,

Here's another one! The Halfway House is a great 80's style horror film with the necronomicon and Yog-Sothoth thrown in for good measure...

Hello all,

Here's a great new DVD release from Guerrilla productions! The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak! It contains most all of Edward Martin's short films, and some other extras...

Innsmouth Legacy played at the last H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival and was well received! The DP on the project was our very own Dead Eric! The Testament of Tom Jacoby is also very good!

At $9.98, this 40 minute DVD is definitely worth picking up!

The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak DVD!

Guerrilla Productions presents The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak! Every time we get a wild hair, we make a little movie or two. The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak collects several of these movies into one terrific package, with loads of extras. The Fun-Pak includes more than 40 minutes of short movies, including...

Innsmouth Legacy, our latest short movie in the Lovecraft Mythos, is a haiku of despair as a woman, confronted by the demons of her past, struggles against the life she has made for herself in the present.

ReCreation, a rarely seen short movie. ReCreation is a peculiar adaptation of certain components of H. P. Lovecraft's "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath". It is the story of one man who has suffered a terrifying loss and the lengths he is willing to go to repair the damage.

The Testament of Tom Jacoby, called by movie critic Joe Bob Briggs "Ken Burns does horror" has won several awards at film festivals and was previously only available on the limited edition DVD of "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath".

A special surprise! Guerrilla Productions is hip-deep in production on their next feature, a terrifying journey into a dark future from a darker past called "Flesh of my Flesh", which is a full-length action/horror movie. The first-ever peek at the teaser trailer is on this DVD.

In addition to these, there are several other short movies, as well as commentary tracks, music-only tracks, subtitles, slideshows, and an opportunity to listen to the rare and haunting score of The Testament of Tom Jacoby in its entirety (over twenty minutes worth of music).

The Cosmic Horror Fun-Pak is everything you would expect it to be, plus more!

Upon further inspection of the DVD cover, I find that it contains the following short films and bumpers...

Innsmouth Legacy
ReCreation
The Testament of Tom Jacoby
A Perfect Mate
Revival
Shadowdog
Vows
The Call of Cthulhu
plus more...

As I mentioned, Innsmouth Legacy and The Testament of Tom Jacoby are excellent! The Call of Cthulhu and Shadowdog (an H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival bumper) are very short, but fun to watch...

I've not seen the rest, so I'm looking forward to getting my copy!

Oh yeah, they still have VHS copies of The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath for $11.98...

Take care,

Craig
