| Some of you might remember I wrote a story for a conest called Reality Check. the original story that I wrote for it is linked up here but the one I got in with instead is titled Bite of the Spider. So with that being said I am going to drop the link of the book here for those who are interested in reading that print exclusive story. It like House of Spiders will have a Cthulhu Mythos vibe to it -- not so much the story but the tone will have the mythos vibe to it. This anthology wasn't edited by me -- the owner of the website is the editor and knew what he was looking for when it came to the anthology. This is my first publication and won't be the last especially since I got back in touch with another from AuthorsDen -- she said she could use my work on her magazine so I have this strange notion I am going to be part of that publication as well. So cross your fingers. I encourage the writers who contributed to this website to also take part in that one too. I will get the link as soon as I am done writing this post. Bite of the Spider isn't a sequel to House of Spiders, it was set before House of Spiders and a relative to the story. |

| I was surprised I got the slot because that story I didn't think was as strong as House of Spiders was. The story is tagged the thematic horror story in the book. |
