Favorite Mythos Works

Post by tsathoggua »

I myself would have to say that reanimator is my favorite Mythos work, mostly because it is a topic i had been looking into BEFORE i had ever read the story...reanimation of the recently deceased, that is...*gibbers*...
Yes, remeber that fateful day i picked up a copy of the NECRONOMICON at my local public library and as i leafed through...I SAW MY OWN THEORIES!!! yes my own theories...*gibbers more*
Well anyway reanimator is defintely my favorite lovecraft work although i quite like the music of erich zann...
...*anxious to get away from this topic*

And by the way, The Music Of Erich Zann is awesome.

I know it's the cliche answer, but At the Mountains of Madness is really Lovecraft's ultimate work imo. The mood, the mythos elements, the references to characters/mythos from previous works, the history of the Elder Things, it's all amazing.
